Four Peaks View from Lost Dutchman Park

 It was an overcast but mild-weather day on Presidents Day 2025. My artist friends and I set up our easels and painted the amazing desert landscape views at the foot of the Superstition Mountains, east of Apache Junction, AZ.

I hadn't painted this particular view of Four Peaks, North of us, before, and I particularly liked the violet glaze over them, dusty yellow-green foliage, and white Teddy Bear Cholla along the trails.
